Gérer et prioriser le backlog produit de l'équipe (identités, accès, collaboration, gestion des terminaux)

 - Structurer la transformation vers un mode produit : DoR/DoD, KPIs, pratiques Accelerate, rituels et comitologie
 - Accompagner une équipe senior dont la disponibilité est contrainte par les opérations
 - Piloter la communication client : présentations, enquêtes de satisfaction
 - Outiller les pratiques sur Jira et Confluence
