## About the Role

* Formation informatique (Bac à Bac+2) ou autodidacte passionné(e) avec une première expérience réussie.
 * Maîtrise de l'environnement Windows (Clients/Serveurs) et des fondamentaux réseaux (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
 * Anglais professionnel OBLIGATOIRE (B2/C1) : Vous êtes capable d'effectuer un diagnostic complet et de former un client anglophone au téléphone. (Une évaluation sera réalisée lors du processus de recrutement).
 * Appétence forte pour le monde du jeu vidéo et des nouvelles technologies (VR).

Qualités personnelles :

 * Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et autonomie.
 * Excellent relationnel et sens du service client.
 * Permis B souhaité (déplacements ponctuels à prévoir).

## Description

Concepteur et distributeur d'expériences en réalité virtuelle (VR) pour le secteur du divertissement, Varonia Systems équipe depuis 7 ans plus d'une soixantaine de centres de jeux à l'international avec sa solution Virtual Games Park. Pour accompagner notre forte croissance, nous recherchons un Technicien Informatique (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe de maintenance., Sous la responsabilité du responsable support, vous intervenez à distance et parfois sur site auprès de notre clientèle professionnelle internationale :

 * Support & Relation Client (Niveau 1/2) : Traitement des tickets CRM, assistance téléphonique et dépannage à distance (en Français et en Anglais).
 * Préparation & Maintenance Matérielle : Préparation, mise à jour et installation des PC Gamer (Windows 11) et équipements VR.
 * Réseau & Infrastructure : Paramétrage et maintenance des équipements réseau (routeurs, switchs, bornes Wi-Fi, VPN/DNS).
 * Gestion Logistique & Suivi : Gestion du stock de pièces détachées, expéditions/retours matériel et suivi de la documentation.
