Technical Skills: * UX/UI Mastery: Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma. * Product Engineering: Strong ability to write clean user stories, technical specs, and acceptance criteria , with a good understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS, JS). * Languages: French and fluent English is required to collaborate effectively in our international environment. Reporting directly to the Group Product Innovation Director, your mission will be to translate product vision into highly precise functional specifications for our development teams (Bilendi Tech) while personally designing user journeys, wireframes, and final mockups. You will act as the technical orchestrator driving the development and deep integration between two of our strategic solutions-Bilendi Discuss (our AI-powered qualitative research platform) and Bilendi UX (our user experience research solutions suite) -and our core global platform (BPlatform)., Your daily missions will be divided into three main pillars: * Technical Product Ownership & Specifications: Translate business requirements into clear, exhaustive functional specifications and detailed user stories. Manage, prioritize, and groom the product backlog, and partner closely with the Lead Developer (Bilendi Tech) to ensure smooth execution within an Agile framework. * UX/UI Design & Prototyping (Hands-on): Own the end-to-end UX/UI design for Bilendi UX and its intersections with Bilendi Discuss. Conduct user research , design user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
