Overview The Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the overall program, including the coordinated management of multiple related projects and, in many cases, ongoing operations aligned toward a common objective. The Program Manager partners with project team members-who are accountable to the Program Manager for project execution and overall program impact-to monitor cost, schedule, quality, technical performance, and user outcomes across component projects and operations. This role ensures the program's successful delivery by coordinating shared resources across projects to maximize program benefits. The Program Manager is also responsible for stakeholder management, particularly with external stakeholders.
