 - Supervision, tuning des performances et gestion des incidents (niveau 2/3)
 - Mise en place de haute disponibilité et plans de reprise (Always-On, Mirroring, Log Shipping, Clustering)
 - Sauvegardes, restauration et automatisation via T-SQL / PowerShell
 - Gestion de la sécurité, des accès et conformité des bases
