## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, BWL oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
 * Gefestigte Vorerfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV, gerne bereits in aktuellen Versionen
 * Idealerweise SQL-, Microsoft 365- und Report-Tool-Expertise (Power BI)
 * Know-How in ERP-Projekten und -Beratung
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung (Englisch ist für die Kommunikation mit den Kollegen nicht so wichtig)
 * Signifikanter Teamplayer und gutes Organisationsvermögen

## Description

* Einrichtung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung des Warenwirtschaftssystems MS Dynamics NAV
 * Application Management des ERP-Systems im täglichen Umgang und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs
 * Selbstständige Aufnahme und Spezifizierung der Anforderungen an das ERP-System inkl. Konzeptionierung von Lösungen und neuen Ideen im Austausch mit den Fachabteilungen
 * Integration und Betreuung von Schnittstellen zu Fremdsystemen und Dritt-Applikationen
 * Geschäftsprozessanalyse und -optimierung, Workflow-Verbesserung und Fehleraufnahme/-behebung in Navision
 * Prozessdesign, -umsetzung und -abbildung im ERP-Umfeld nach Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
 * Erste Kontaktperson der internen Anwender, Usersupport und Realisierung von internen NAV-Trainings
 * Ansprechpartner und Delegation des externen Dienstleisters für die Abstimmung bei NAV bezogenen Themengebieten
 * Verantwortlich für die Dokumentationsanfertigung und -aktualisierung
 * Gute Zusammenarbeit mit den IT-Kollegen bei allgemeinen EDV-Aufgaben
