## Description

* Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen sowie Ablösung bestehender Workflows mit Tools wie Microsoft Power Automate
 * Unterstützung im Einsatz von Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate und bei der Betreuung verschiedener On-Premise Data Gateways
 * Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-Lösungen (z.B. Microsoft CoPilot) sowie Durchführung von Schulungen und Support
 * Mitarbeit bei der Migration von Sharepoint 2019 auf Sharepoint Online
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen zu Microsoft 365, insbesondere Sharepoint Online, Microsoft CoPilot und Microsoft Teams
 * Mitgestaltung bei der Entwicklung und Betreuung des bestehenden Dokumentenmanagementsystems
 * Konfiguration von Sharepoint Online und Microsoft Teams
