 * Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z. B. Python, Java, TypeScript, Go, C#) sowie Erfahrung mit Datenplattformen, Datenpipelines oder cloud-nativen Lösungen wie Databricks oder Snowflake
 * Effektive Zusammenarbeit in agilen Teams mit starker Kommunikationsfähigkeit und der Fähigkeit, komplexe technischen Themen verständlich für alle Stakeholder zu vermitteln
 * Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2)
