* Administration: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Windows-Server-Infrastruktur sowie zentraler Microsoft-Dienste
 * Microsoft 365: Administration von Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive und Entra ID
 * Betrieb: Überwachung, Wartung und Optimierung der IT-Systeme zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren Betriebs
 * Support: Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Server-, Client- und Microsoft-365-Umfeld sowie Unterstützung interner Fachbereiche
