## Description

Du wirst einen Großteil deiner Ausbildung im Bereich "IT Operations" verbringen. Hier integrierst du unter anderem Hard- und Softwarekomponenten oder installierst und konfigurierst vernetze Systeme und nimmst diese in Betrieb. Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben in der Ausbildung gehören außerdem:

 * Durchführung von Software-Updates und System Management Aufgaben
 * Unterstützung des Rechenzentrumsbetriebs
 * Kennenlernen verschiedener Aspekte der Systemintegration, inklusive Ersteinweisungen im Desktop-Umfeld und Mitarbeit im Helpdesk
 * Anwendung von Experten- und Diagnosesystemen zur Behebung von Störungen im System
 * Erstellung einer betrieblichen Projektarbeit, die einen zentralen Bestandteil der Abschlussprüfung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration darstellt
