* First Level Support & Triage
 * Erster Ansprechpartner für IT-Fragen aller Art (z.B. Windows, Office oder Diensthandy)
 * Installieren von Software und Updates
 * Einrichten von Arbeitsplätzen und Windowsarbeitsgeräten
 * Freigabe von Netzwerkressourcen
 * Bei komplexeren Fehlern: Analyse, Beschreibung und Weiterleitung an die hauptamtliche IT
 * Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung verschiedener Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen
 * Auswahl und Beschaffung von technischen Geräten
 * technisches Onboarding/Offboarding und IT-Support
