Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place. YOUR IMPACT You'll join the Orchestro Portfolio team, part of McKinsey Transformation, and work within the Agentic PDLC Asset Library team, which helps organizations accelerate and scale their AI transformations. Our product equips clients with AI agents, agentic workflows, and reusable skills, while our team enables the successful onboarding of both Client Service Teams (CSTs) and client teams to support sustainable transformation outcomes, being based in London, Budapest or across Germany. You'll collaborate with colleagues across regions and work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, client success, product, design, management, and client development, to deliver exceptional results. You will take ownership of delivering agentic solutions across multiple client deployments, guiding them all the way from initial prototypes and onboarding through to stable adoption and scaled use. You will build and configure full-stack, AI-enabled solutions that create immediate customer value and help us learn directly from real-world implementations. You will embed closely with CSTs and client teams to understand their unique needs, translate those needs into technical and functional requirements, and guide the adoption of agents, workflows, and skills. Your responsibility will be to lead workshops and working sessions with clients, McKinsey colleagues, engineers, product teams, and other key stakeholders. You will scope work, sequence delivery, manage dependencies, and proactively remove technical or operational blockers before they impact the project. We expect you to make clear trade-offs between scope, speed, quality, and client impact, adapting your plans whenever necessary to protect overall delivery. You will contribute directly to solution design, configuration, and code when progress, quality, or clarity depends on your hands-on involvement. You will coordinate onboarding activities and project deliverables across development, client success, product, design, management, and client development teams. You will build client and CST capabilities through tailored training, structured enablement, practical guidance, and hands-on support. Your focus will be to codify effective delivery patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, workflows, skills, and building blocks that can be applied across future engagements. You will capture and synthesize field feedback to help Product, Design, and Development teams understand where agents and models perform well, where they fall short, and how the platform should evolve. You will identify delivery, adoption, and product risks early, allowing you to adjust your approach without losing any momentum. You will contribute to operational improvements, new offerings, and the continuous development of our Agentic PDLC Asset Library. You will keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving through clear communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through. ## Related Videos - [Developing the Backend with Stefan Lingler, CTO at Shpock](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100360-developing-the-backend-with-stefan-lingler-cto-at-shpock) - [Your imaginations is (no longer) the limit: how Generative AI empowers people to be creative](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/741-your-imaginations-is-no-longer-the-limit-how-generative-ai-empowers-people-to-be-creative) - [Beyond the Hype: Building Trustworthy and Reliable LLM Applications with Guardrails](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1594-beyond-the-hype-building-trustworthy-and-reliable-llm-applications-with-guardrails) - [The Software Engineer 2030: From Coder To AI Orchestrator? - Patrick Schnell](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1825-the-software-engineer-2030-from-coder-to-ai-orchestrator-patrick-schnell) - [Nest.js - TypeScript in the backend can also be clean](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1033-nest-js-typescript-in-the-backend-can-also-be-clean) - [Building a Multi-Agent Orchestration Engine That Actually Follows the Rules](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100159-building-a-multi-agent-orchestration-engine-that-actually-follows-the-rules) ## Related Articles - [Best Companies to Work For in Berlin: Top 14 Companies in 2023 ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/188-best-companies-to-work-for-in-berlin-top-14-companies-in-2023) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Is Software Engineering Over-Saturated?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/418-is-software-engineering-over-saturated) - [The Most Popular IT Jobs on the Market](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/376-the-most-popular-it-jobs-on-the-market) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [The 12 Best Jobs for Software Engineers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/401-the-12-best-jobs-for-software-engineers)
