## About the Role

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, We are looking for a highly organized professional with experience in Data Center Infrastructure and Asset Management, focused on physical network connectivity and DCIM operations.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with iTRACS or similar DCIM tools, including asset tracking, rack and patch management, cabling documentation, inventory control, and operational compliance within datacenter environments.

Required skills:

 - Experience with DCIM platforms (preferably iTRACS): iTRACS, Nlyte, Sunbird dcTrack, Schneider EcoStruxure IT, Device42, ServiceNow CMDB, NetBox
 - Knowledge of physical datacenter/network connectivity
 - Understanding of structured cabling, patch panels, and fiber infrastructure
 - Basic networking knowledge
 - Datacenter operational experience
 - Strong organizational and documentation skills
 - Experience with inventory management and operational compliance processes

Desired:

 - Familiarity with ITIL/change management processes
 - Experience supporting datacenter operations and infrastructure teams
 - Knowledge of asset lifecycle and capacity management
