## Description

* Betreuung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur im operativen Tagesgeschäft als auch in der Projektarbeit - vom ERP-System, über die Netzwerktechnik, Serverlandschaft bis hin zu Produktionssystemen (u.a. Scanner)
 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der EDV-Mitarbeiter und Abteilung samt stetiger Weiterentwicklung dieser
 * Komplette Verantwortung für die Einführung, Realisierung, Leitung und Nachbetreuung von IT-Projekten mit Fokus auf Microsoft Dynamics NAV und Datenstrukturen
 * Verantwortung, Administration, Installation, Einrichtung und Betreuung/Wartung von Microsoft Dynamics NAV, aller Rechner, Hard- und Software (z.B. BDE, Citrix, VMWARE, Veeam, CAQ, DMS, Exchange sowie EDI)
 * Navision-Systembetreuung inkl. Erweiterungen/zukünftiger Upgrades und Schnittstellen
 * Gute und kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und Systemhäusern
 * Vorantreiben der zukunftsweisenden Ausrichtung der Geschäftsprozesse und IT-Strukturen
 * Leistung von technischer Hilfestellung für die eingesetzten Softwaresysteme im laufenden Betrieb für die ganze Unternehmensgruppe (vor allem MS Dynamics NAV)
 * Als Ansprechpartner für alle Fachbereiche: Klären von Anwenderfragen und Lösung von möglichen Problemen in Navision
