This role serves as a critical backfill for a Cloud Systems Administrator and focuses on administration, optimization, and governance of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with an emphasis on SharePoint Online, the Power Platform, and enterprise collaboration tools., SharePoint Administration & Site Management * Create, configure, maintain, and decommission SharePoint sites and site collections * Manage site architecture, content organization, and lifecycle governance Permissions & Security * Administer user access, permissions, and security groups * Configure internal and external sharing settings in alignment with organizational policies * Ensure secure collaboration across Microsoft 365 environments System Maintenance & Performance * Monitor SharePoint Online service health and performance * Perform platform updates, patching, and optimization * Ensure overall system reliability and availability User Support & Troubleshooting * Serve as escalation point for complex user issues (e.g., permissions errors, broken links, workflow failures) * Provide timely resolution to maintain productivity and user satisfaction Governance, Compliance & Auditing * Enforce governance policies and best practices * Monitor audit logs, storage utilization, and system usage * Ensure compliance with organizational and federal standards Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Integration * Support integration with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 services * Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell * Design and enhance workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps * Support reporting and analytics using Power BI Stakeholder Collaboration * Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements * Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions * Drive continuous improvement of collaboration and workflow processes ## Related Videos - [Hacking MSSQL on Cloud.
