## Description

* Einarbeitung/ Weiterbildung in der BPMN- und CMMN-Modellierungssprachen (grafische Modellierung)
 * Konzipierung von Anwendungen für die Verschlankung ausgewählter Arbeitsprozesse ("Workflows")
 * Nutzerzentrierte Weiterentwicklung einer prototypischen prozessgesteuerten Anwendung auf Basis von BPMN und CMMN
 * (Optional) Entwickeln von Microservices zur Unterstützung einzelner Prozessschritte
 * (Optional) Modellierung von Datenaustauschformaten für die durchgängige Prozesskoordination
 * (Optional) Iteratives Testen und Optimieren durch Einbezug von potenziellen Anwendern im Scrum-Verfahren
 * (Optional) Mit-Koordination von studentischen Arbeiten (BA/ PA/ MA), * Aktive Mitgestaltung innovativer Technologien
 * Ausweitung des persönlichen Netzwerks
 * Entwicklung der eigenen Fähigkeiten (Business Process Management (BPM), Programmierung, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Geschäftsprozessautomatisierung (GPA))
 * Projektorganisation und -koordination
 * Wöchentliche Arbeitszeit: 8 Stunden (Mit sehr hohem Home Office Anteil)

Die Validierung der umgesetzten Anwendungen und Services erfolgt direkt unter praxisnaher Erprobung im Projektkontext sowie bei dem FAPS-X-Start Up ROBOTOP.
