## Description

* Identifikation, Bewertung und Priorisierung von AI Use Cases gemeinsam mit unseren Fachbereichen.
 * Konzeption und Durchführung praxisnaher AI-Trainings sowie Aufbau von Prompt-Bibliotheken, Playbooks und Best Practices.
 * Entwicklung, Test und Optimierung von Prompts sowie Sicherstellung hochwertiger und nachvollziehbarer AI-Ergebnisse.
 * Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in strukturierte Backlog-Items und enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Product Ownern und internen Stakeholdern.
 * Begleitung von Proof of Concepts, Pilotprojekten und Rollouts sowie Unterstützung bei der Integration von AI-Lösungen in bestehende Prozesse und Systeme.
 * Beobachtung neuer AI-Technologien, Trends und regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen für ROSE.
