* A successfully completed degree in business administration, human resources management, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
 * Experience in HR analytics, HR controlling, HRIS, or SAP HCM
 * Good knowledge of SAP HCM as well as reporting and analytics tools

* Creation and further development of HR reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators
 * Support for workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
 * Analysis of headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and personnel cost data
 * Management and further development of SAP HCM processes (focus on PA, OM)
 * Ensuring high data quality and supporting system integrations
 * Collaborating on international HR digitization and transformation projects
 * Working closely with HR, Controlling, and IT on a global level
