 * Optimierung von ERP-Prozessen
 * Analyse der Anforderungen der Fachabteilungen sowie Konzepterstellung und Umsetzung
 * Konzipierung eines internen Testmanagements
 * Durchführung von Problemanalysen, Fehlerbehebungen sowie Begleitung von Softwaretests
 * Teilhabe an Einführung des neuen ERP-Systems MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
 * Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems
 * Koordination externer Dienstleister
