Do you have experience in Snowflake?, * 8+ years of experience in Data Testing / ETL Testing / Data QA

 * Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake
 * Solid experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for transformation testing
 * Expertise in SQL and complex query validation
 * Experience in data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schema)
 * Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and data validation techniques
 * Experience with test automation frameworks for data validation
 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

## Description

* Lead and own end-to-end data testing strategy for Snowflake-based data platforms
 * Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks for data pipelines
 * Validate ETL/ELT workflows , data transformations, and business rules using DBT
 * Perform data reconciliation and validation between source and target systems
 * Ensure data quality, completeness, and consistency across systems
 * Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements
 * Drive test automation using SQL, DBT tests, and other modern tools
 * Identify, track, and resolve data defects and inconsistencies
 * Lead test execution, reporting, and defect management
 * Mentor and guide junior testers and offshore teams
