Support, * Sie sind Ansprechpartner des Fachbereichs Human Resources rund um die Themen SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding und Learning

 * Aufnahme und Qualifizierung von Key-User Anfragen inklusive alternativer Darstellungen und Best-Practice Empfehlungen
 * Mitarbeit in vielfältigen nationalen wie internationalen IT/ HR-Projekten
 * Unterstützung des IT Demand- und Projekt Managements über den gesamten Change Lifecycle der Applications hinweg (Requirement Analyse, technisches Konzept, Umsetzung, Produktivsetzung)
 * Konfiguration von Funktionserweiterungen an den eingesetzten Systemen
 * Pflege und Führung der technischen Dokumentation (Workbooks)
 * Koordination von Systemanpassungen durch unsere externen IT Dienstleister
 * Bei Bedarf Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen im Rahmen des 2nd Level Supports
 * Verfolgung der Bearbeitung und mitwirken bei Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
 * Anlegen von Benutzern sowie Vergabe von Berechtigungen innerhalb der betreuten Module
