## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Kommunikationstechnik, Geoinformatik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von Telekommunikations-, Breitband-, Versorgungs- oder Infrastrukturprojekten
 * Gutes Know-how in der Planung, Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung kabelgebundener Kommunikationsnetze sowie der zugehörigen Infrastruktur
 * Praktisches Wissen im Umgang mit Glasfasertechnologien, Leitungs- und Kabeltrassen sowie technischen Netzstrukturen
 * Sicherer Umgang mit GIS-Systemen und digitalen Planungswerkzeugen zur Trassenplanung, Netzdokumentation und Datenpflege z. B. ArcGIS, QGIS, Smallworld oder vergleichbare Systeme
 * Kenntnisse in der Erstellung und Prüfung technischer Planungs- und Ausführungsunterlagen
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Netzbetreibern, Ingenieurbüros und externen Dienstleistern

## Description

* Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung von Konzepten für den Neu- und Ausbau kabelgebundener Kommunikationsnetze
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Planungsunterlagen sowie die Abstimmung von Netzstrukturen und Leitungsführungen
 * Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeprozessen sowie die fachliche Begleitung externer Dienstleister
 * Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen und störungsarmen Netzbetriebs durch Monitoring, Dokumentation und Ressourcenplanung
 * Bewertung technischer Störungen sowie die Analyse von Betriebs- und Qualitätsdaten zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Infrastruktur
 * Koordination von internen Fachbereichen, Behörden, Versorgern und Projektpartnern
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung technischer Standards und Prozesse
