## Description

EXPLOITER : services d'installation, de support et de maintenance des réseaux et des solutions numériques des entreprises (interventions sur site, help desk, infogérance …)., Notre agence So'One de Belfort recherche pour l'un de ses client un Technicien support Informatique, chargé du support informatique N2 et des actions de proximité, poste à pourvoir sur le site de notre client - Sélestat et alentours.

Au sein d'une équipe de techniciens N2, encadré par un coordinateur So'One, immergé chez le client

Les principales tâches, missions quotidiennes sont :

 * Support et Assistance aux utilisateurs finaux
 * Diagnostic à distance des dysfonctionnements informatique du matériel et ou des logiciels
 * Identification des bons interlocuteurs nécessaires à la résolution du problème
 * Création et mise à jour des procédures
 * Gestion autonome du backlog d'incidents
