## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
 * Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with end users.
 * Basic understanding of CRM integrations and data migration activities.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
 * Japanese language is a plus.

## Description

1. Dynamics 365 CRM Administration & Enhancement
 * Support, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
 * Gather business requirements and translate them into effective CRM configurations.
 * Manage users, security roles, workflows, dashboards, and system settings.
 * Identify opportunities to improve CRM functionality and user experience.

 2. CRM Projects & System Integration
 * Participate in Dynamics 365 implementation and enhancement projects.
 * Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business applications.
 * Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
 * Assist with data migration and system upgrades.

 3. User Support & Training
 * Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Dynamics 365 users.
 * Investigate and resolve CRM-related issues.
 * Create user documentation and deliver training sessions when required.
 * Promote best practices and encourage CRM adoption across the business.

 4. Testing & Continuous Improvement
 * Support SIT and UAT activities for new releases and enhancements.
 * Monitor system performance and data quality.
 * Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities using Power Platform tools.
