## About the Role

We are looking for a self-starting, dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and demonstrable problem-solving skills.

Acting as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, the role will provide first and second line technical support across desktop, laptop, mobile and cloud technologies.

This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will manage user lifecycle administration, support Microsoft 365 services, maintain end-user devices, contribute to infrastructure improvements and help drive continual service enhancement., · Previous experience in a 1st/2nd Line IT Support or Service Desk environment.

· Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.

· Experience supporting Microsoft 365 including:

o Outlook

o Teams

o SharePoint

o OneDrive

o Exchange Online

· Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) or Active Directory.

· Experience configuring and supporting laptops, desktops and mobile devices.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management tools.

· Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) or helpdesk ticketing systems.

 * Experience working within SLA-driven support environments.

Desirable:

· Knowledge of Windows Server environments.

· Experience supporting Azure cloud services.

· Experience with PowerShell administration.

· Knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPN and TCP/IP.

· Experience with endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender.

· ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge of ITIL principles.

· Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900 or equivalent)., * 1st/2nd Line IT Support or Service Desk Environment: 2 years (required)

 * configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices: 2 years (required)
 * using IT (ITSM) or helpdesk ticketing system: 2 years (required)
 * supporting Microsoft 365 : 1 year (required)
