The ideal candidate will possess experience in supporting Windows Server, business computer networks, IT infrastructure, and more. This role requires constant learning and offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshoot different issues daily, and ensure the smooth operation of various client organization IT systems. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and learning., * Proven experience providing technical support within various IT environments with a focus on Windows Server administration, Microsoft 365 and network management. * Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols, DNS configuration, LAN setup, VPNs, firewalls, and network security best practices. * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Active Directory management, GPO implementation. * Familiarity with mobile device management is preferred. * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot software issues related to various softwares and Microsoft 365 applications and general desktop support tasks. * Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer service-oriented mindset to effectively assist end-users at all levels of technical proficiency. * Strong analysis skills to diagnose complex problems quickly while maintaining detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions. * Knowledge of network administration tools such as Meraki equipment or similar platforms is advantageous. * Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
