Desired Technical Skills (Plus): * Segment Routing: Familiarity or experience with Segment Routing technologies (e.g., SR-MPLS). * Firewall Management: Experience with enterprise-grade firewalls (e.g., Juniper). * Automation: Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Ansible) for network automation tasks. Experience: * Minimum of 10+ years of experience in network engineering, with a significant focus on deploying and managing user office networks. * Demonstrated ability to independently manage and deliver complex network projects from design to operational handover. * Proven track record of successfully interacting with and managing third-party vendors, including telecom carriers. EXPERIENCE: Senior Level (10+ Years in similar role) ## Description New Era Technology is seeking one (or more) qualified Network Engineer resources to undertake and assist in end-to-end network installations and deployments at new facilities for a large financial client as a dedicated resource. Initially this is intended to be U.S. - based and includes the new Dallas, Texas office building complex currently under construction with an anticipated occupancy beginning in late 2027 into 2028. Other U.S. data center locations in the New Jersey / metro New York City area may become in scope as well as other new or existing facility locations to be determined. The resource should possess all qualifications listed for candidacy.
