## About the Role

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 * Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros, reporting)

## Description

* Audit Electricity, Gas, Water, and other utility invoices using proprietary software
 * Key data into Excel spreadsheets
 * Utilize online portals to retrieve customer invoices
 * Create and submit accounts payable reports to customers
 * Monitor and respond to emails
 * Assist with onboarding projects
 * Load consumption reports of utility data using proprietary software
 * Submit, track, and follow up on IT support tickets
 * Provide daily status updates on work queue and task progress
 * Collaborate on projects as needed
 * Communicate with utility providers via phone and email
 * Other tasks as directed

Additional Duties by Level:

Level II - In addition to Level I responsibilities:

 * Independently troubleshoot and resolve data anomalies or discrepancies
 * Verify system performance and data accuracy (historical, quarterly, and ad hoc)
 * Train new team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
 * Assist in enhancing audit workflows and identifying process inefficiencies
 * Maintain ongoing documentation of new procedures or system changes
 * Begin to specialize in specific industry verticals (electric, water, gas) or systems
