## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or closely related field)
 * 7-10 years of structural engineering experience, including buildings and special structures
 * Demonstrated experience managing client relationships directly and independently
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presence in client-facing settings
 * Solid working knowledge of applicable building codes and structural design standards
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously, * Active Structural Engineer (SE) license (not required, but a plus)
 * Prior experience working directly with architecture firms as primary clients
 * Business development or account-growth experience
 * Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit structural workflows

## Description

The firm is seeking a Structural Engineer - Client Relations to blend hands-on structural engineering with day-to-day ownership of key client relationships. The ideal candidate is a technically capable structural engineer who is equally comfortable in front of clients, managing accounts, and coordinating project delivery., * Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of architecture-firm and building-owner clients

 * Perform structural engineering design, analysis, and drawing review on building projects
 * Coordinate project scope, schedule, and deliverables between clients and internal engineering staff
 * Identify opportunities to expand and deepen existing client relationships
 * Prepare proposals, fee estimates, and scope documents in partnership with firm leadership
 * Attend client meetings, site visits, and project coordination calls as the face of the firm
 * Collaborate with senior engineers on technical quality control for assigned projects
