You'll write production code, contribute to architecture and design decisions, and help raise the bar for engineering quality across the team. Our platform has served schools for over two decades, and we're in an active modernization phase: maintaining and extending a mature, large-scale production system while building its next generation on current frameworks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across both-keeping a long-lived platform running smoothly while helping shape its replacement. We're an AI-forward engineering shop. Our development team uses Anthropic's Claude Code - and we're looking for someone who is already fluent with AI-assisted development (Claude experience a plus) or eager to become so, and who can help us push the practice further. You'll join a small, collaborative on-site team of developers and QA engineers, working closely with the founders and designers on product requirements and UX. We also work with a remote team that supports our front-end and mobile efforts.
