Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience supporting intelligence, defense, or other classified environments. * Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams involving system engineering, software engineering, and mission-focused stakeholders. * Familiarity with secure operational environments and AI deployment within mission-critical systems. This is a hard requirement. ## Description Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer for a full-time opportunity in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and supports a highly sensitive intelligence environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with system engineers and software engineers to design, prototype, and integrate AI capabilities into an existing operational architecture. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building production-grade AI solutions that improve workflow efficiency, support mission operations, and enhance analyst effectiveness.
