This role requires full-time onsite work in San Diego, CA (5 days per week)., * 6-10+ years of experience delivering enterprise financial planning or performance management solutions * Hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms: + IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) + Anaplan + OneStream + Oracle EPM (Hyperion / Cloud EPM) * Strong understanding of FP&A and enterprise planning processes * Experience building complex planning models and business logic * Ability to work effectively across Finance, business, and IT teams * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications * Experience leading or supporting planning system modernization or replacement programs * Exposure to multiple planning platforms (e.g., TM1 OneStream, Hyperion Anaplan) * Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments * Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, cloud ecosystems, or analytics tools * Knowledge of governance, audit, and control requirements for financial systems Education * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Role Fit This role is ideal for someone who: * Enjoys being hands-on while also providing technical leadership * Works comfortably with senior Business Stakeholders * Can balance day-to-day operational support with strategic system evolution, * 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree., 7+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree. ## Description The Enterprise Planning Systems Lead / Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and leading enterprise-scale planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management solutions.
