## Description

We are seeking an **IT asset management associate** to be Central SPOC for managing IT assets (DaaS & Non-DaaS) across USA & Canada. This covers laptops, Desktops, printers, factory PCs/devices, and spare parts and to be responsible for inventory, logistics, vendor coordination, and lifecycle management.

What you'll do in this role:

 + Manage **end-to-end asset lifecycle** (procurement * deployment * tracking * disposal)

 + Maintain accurate **asset inventory in ITSM/CMDB tools**

 + Handle **receiving, shipping, and tracking** of devices and spares across locations

 + Monitor **stock levels** and trigger **hardware/spare ordering** (DaaS & Non-DaaS)

 + Coordinate **device imaging, staging, and deployment readiness**

 + Act as **SPOC for logistics coordination** with warehouses, sites, and vendors

 + Manage **vendor/OEM coordination** for hardware break-fix issues
