As an Accounting Application Specialist, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug finance-related software issues for our BisTrack ERP and Microsoft Dynamics GP software. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless support and resolution of software issues. We are seeking applicants with prior bookkeeping/accounting experience, familiarity with US or Canadian financial software products, and strong problem-solving skills., * 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge. * Post-secondary education in a related discipline and/or industry knowledge/experience. * Basic knowledge of accounting fundamentals (including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger). US Payroll and/or Fixed Assets experience is an advantage. * Ability to investigate and find reconciliation issues between subledgers and General Ledgers. * Experience and working knowledge of software business processes such as inventory management, production processing, and purchasing management. * Analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent communication skills - English verbal and written. * Presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to train others.
