* Good understanding and practical experience in Change Data Capture (CDC) implementation and troubleshooting.
 * Experience working with Tier 1 application layer databases in production support or enterprise application environments.
 * Hands-on exposure to downstream data streaming and integration platforms such as Kafka.
 * Working knowledge of Debezium connectors for database change event capture and integration.
 * Ability to monitor, analyze, and resolve database, CDC, replication, and data flow issues.
 * Good coordination skills to work with application, database, integration, and downstream teams.
 * Onsite presence required to support customer discussions, production issues, and critical delivery activities.

Required Skills
Database Administration

 * Strong hands-on experience as a DBA.
 * Very good knowledge of SQL.
 * Database performance tuning.

Change Data Capture (CDC)

 * Good understanding and practical experience in Change Data Capture (CDC) implementation and troubleshooting.

Production Support

 * Experience working with Tier 1 application layer databases in production support or enterprise application environments.
