## About the Role

* Direct experience working with Meta Business Manager or Meta Business Portfolio
 * Experience resolving Facebook and Instagram ownership, permissions, and access problems
 * Experience managing multiple brands, business locations, or franchise-style account structures
 * Familiarity with Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Meta ad accounts, asset groups, partner access, and two-factor authentication
 * Ability to work through Meta support or ownership-verification processes when required
 * Strong understanding of account security and business continuity
 * Willingness to work directly with several owners or administrators during the cleanup
 * Ability to explain the final system clearly to nontechnical users
 * References or examples of similar account-recovery or consolidation work

Restaurant, hospitality, franchise, or multi-location business experience is preferred but not required.

This is initially a one-time paid project, although ongoing work may be available after the accounts are organized. We are not currently looking for someone whose primary experience is content creation, photography, or posting. ## Description

Be Polite Hospitality, a St. Louis restaurant group with multiple concepts, is looking for an experienced freelance professional or consultant to help us untangle, organize, and properly secure our social media accounts.

As our company has grown, different Facebook and Instagram accounts were created by different owners, partners, and employees. Some accounts are connected to personal profiles, some permissions are unclear, and accessing certain restaurant accounts currently requires logging in through another person's account.

We are looking for someone who can audit the entire setup and consolidate everything into a clean, company-controlled system. We are not currently looking for someone whose primary experience is content creation, photography, or posting.

Scope of Work

 * Audit all Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, Meta Business Portfolios, ad accounts, and current permissions
 * Identify who currently owns or controls each account
 * Help recover or transfer ownership where necessary
 * Properly connect each restaurant's Facebook and Instagram accounts
 * Organize all restaurant brands under a company-controlled Meta Business Portfolio
 * Give owners, managers, and outside vendors appropriate role-based access
 * Remove outdated or unnecessary users and permissions
 * Establish secure login, two-factor authentication, backup administrators, and recovery procedures
 * Make sure no one needs to share passwords or log in as another person
 * Provide a written account map and instructions when the project is complete
 * Recommend a simple system for managing and scheduling posts across all brands
