Pre-Employment Requirements * All persons employed by San Antonio Academy, regular and temporary, are required to be fingerprinted and have a criminal background investigation completed. * Anyone offered employment is required to provide proper identification and documentation of eligibility for employment in the US. ## Description The Development Manager is an integral member of the Development team who will help bring our fundraising, stewardship, and engagement efforts to life. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, building relationships, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team working toward a meaningful mission., * Support the planning and execution of fundraising, stewardship, and donor engagement initiatives. * Coordinate projects, communications, and administrative activities that support the Development Office. * Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation while collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity. * Build positive relationships with donors, volunteers, families, alumni, and colleagues through excellent communication and customer service. * Identify opportunities to improve processes, stay organized, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. * Assist with special events, volunteer activities, and other initiatives that advance the school's mission. Growth Opportunity This position is designed to grow with the individual.
