Preferred Qualifications * Experience with VMware environments. * Experience with enterprise backup and storage solutions. * Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure. * Strong knowledge of system performance, capacity planning, and infrastructure automation. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment., Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform the physical activities required for infrastructure support. ## Description We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to lead enterprise infrastructure operations and guide a team of approximately 15 technical professionals, including desktop support specialists and database administrators. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, performance, availability, and operational efficiency while driving automation and process improvements.
