## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 1 year of IT Support Experience

 * Must Have a Vehicle. This role MAY require local travel to medical fofices
 * Familiarity with the Windows 11 OS
 * Must be comfortable imaging, deploying & testing software
 * Basic VDI Knowledge
 * Experience troubleshooting basic hardware & software issues and working directly with end users.
 * Experience on a previous OS upgrade or deployment project preferred.

## Description

Insight Global's healthcare client is in the process of upgrading 40,000+ devices to the Windows 11 Operating System. We are seeking a team of Technicians who will be responsible for the , deployment and testing of these devices across various sites state wide. The candidate should be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and must be comfortable navigating the Windows 11 OS.
