## Description

* Provide Level 2 desktop support in a mostly Windows 11 environment
 * Support users across multiple locations
 * Handle new hire device setup and deployment
 * Support offboarding, device recovery, wiping, and redeployment
 * Assist with ticket coverage and general user support
 * Provide remote support to office and field users
 * Support laptops, phones, tablets, hotspots, and endpoints
 * Help reduce escalation volume from senior IT leadership
