## Description

* Verantwortung über die Ausgestalltung des technischen Supports sowie der Softwärepflege und -änderung von Bestandssystemen im Bereich Personalmanagment
 * Klärung der notwendigen Änderungsbedarfe mit Kundenvertretern
 * Abstimmung und Planung der Änderungen für alle Produkte in zeitlicher und technische Abfolge
 * Beauftragung der Umsetzung sowohl BWI intern als auch bei einer Vielzahl von spezialisierten Unterauftragnehmern
 * Die Kontrolle der Umsetzung inkl. der Freigabe von Leistungsnachweisen
 * Das Reporting gegenüber internen und externen Auftraggebern
 * Übernahme von zeitkritischen Sonderaufgaben u.a. in Krisensituationen
