Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role

 - Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems

 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 - Familiarity with help desk software such as Jira or ServiceNow

-Familiarity with VOIP phone systems, Zoom preferred

 - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users

 - Experience with VPN setup and troubleshooting

 - Knowledge of Mac OS is a plus

 - Ability to perform software troubleshooting and resolve technical issues independently, * Desktop support: 5 years (Preferred)
 * VoIP: 3 years (Preferred)
 * Zoom phones: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Audio and Video Processing: 2 years (Preferred)
 * Field service: 3 years (Required)

## Description

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems at customer sites

 - Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in person

 - Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, software applications, and network connectivity

 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues

 - Document all service activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and customer interactions

 - Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
