* Must have experience with mobile devices product support- smartphones and tablets
 * MDM experience/knowledge
 * Confident ability to work independently, as the resolution point for any mobility issues that arise.
 * Polished and patient customer service approach. Professionalism is extremely important in this culture.
 * Sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and prioritize
 * Technical support experience with mobile devices - both in-person and phone support a must
 * Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license - some local travel will be required. You do not need to bring your car to the Philadelphia location.

## Description

* Technical support of both iOS and Android mobile devices
 * Support clients and mobile devices across the enterprise
 * Help through major rollout for the enterprise
 * Travel between local sites within the region
 * Customer Service (Phone & In-Person) including troubleshooting, general support, In-service, training
 * Development of End User Reference Documentation
 * Configuring, Delivering and Maintaining Mobile Devices
 * Computer Applications: AirWatch, ServiceNow, Carrier Web Portals, Word, Excel, Interaction Desktop
