* 3+ years of Desktop Support or PC Deployment experience
 * Experience with Windows imaging, desktop hardware, and troubleshooting
 * Basic knowledge of Active Directory
 * Strong communication and customer service skills
 * High School Diploma or GED
 * Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain one)
 * Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with enterprise or government desktop refresh projects
 * Knowledge of tools such as SCCM, MDT, Intune, or Autopilot

## Description

A leading organization is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support a large-scale PC refresh and deployment initiative. This role involves deploying and configuring desktop and laptop systems, installing peripherals, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing onsite support to end users.
Key Responsibilities

 * Deploy and configure Windows desktop and laptop systems
 * Perform PC imaging, hardware setup, and peripheral installations
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network/connectivity issues
 * Update service tickets, track IT assets, and maintain deployment documentation
 * Provide onsite technical support and excellent customer service during deployments
 * Ensure timely completion of refresh schedules and project milestones
