* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
 * 8 10+ years of experience supporting IT/OT systems in pharmaceutical or GMP laboratory environments.
 * Strong experience supporting laboratory equipment, workstations, and infrastructure.
 * Hands-on experience with:

 * VMware ESXi / Virtual Infrastructure
 * Aruba Network Infrastructure
 * HPE GLA, MSA, and Synology Storage
 * Experience with user administration, networking, backup solutions, and firewall support.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT/OT Lab Support Engineer to provide technical support for Analytical Development and QC laboratory environments within a pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting GxP laboratory workstations, IT/OT infrastructure, laboratory equipment, and virtualization technologies.
Key Responsibilities

 * Provide day-to-day IT/OT support for QC and Analytical Development laboratory workstations.
 * Troubleshoot laboratory systems, network connectivity, and workstation issues.
 * Support user account administration, system access, and backup configurations.
 * Assist with firewall configuration and network security activities.
 * Maintain and support virtual infrastructure, storage platforms, and network systems.
 * Partner with laboratory, IT, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable system performance.
 * Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, and internal IT policies.
