Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, monitoring, and reporting progress Other Requirements 1.Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) are a plus. ## Description Expectations for GenAI CoP Program Manager / Enablement Lead * Own the GenAI Community of Practice end-to-end, not just schedule meetings. * Turn loose direction into agendas, follow-ups, artifacts, newsletters, and operating plans. * Have enough GenAI literacy to understand copilots, prompts, agents, skills, MCP/tooling, guardrails, and enterprise adoption. * Use GenAI tools personally to draft, summarize, synthesize, and produce high-quality work independently. * Create clear internal communications: newsletters, Teams posts, recaps, launch notes, FAQs, and leadership updates. * Curate reusable resources: demos, templates, best practices, recordings, examples, and playbooks. * Drive engagement by finding speakers, surfacing use cases, organizing demos, and activating power users. * Partner with technical SMEs without making them do the PM's job. * Track actions, blockers, owners, adoption signals, and measurable outcomes. * Understand enterprise constraints around security, compliance, approved tools, and responsible AI. * Be proactive, curious, and current on practical GenAI use cases in software engineering. * Operate well in ambiguity and create structure without constant direction. Strong signals * Has run a CoP, enablement program, innovation program, or developer productivity initiative. * Can show artifacts they personally created. * Uses GenAI daily in their own workflow. * Strong written communication and synthesis skills. * Comfortable working with engineering leaders and technical SMEs.
