Performance Characteristics: * Troubleshoot to identify and resolve issues relating to business office functions. * Maintains confidentiality of all patient accounts and hospital information. * Ability to remain calm in tense situations. * Demonstrates highest level of professionalism while representing the company to the staff, customers and co-workers. * Ability to remain impartial and use sound judgment when providing options that impact workflow. Must be able to lift 20 pounds ## Description The Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst is responsible for configuration, maintenance, and optimization of revenue cycle systems that support billing operations. This role partners with Revenue Cycle leadership, operational staff, Information Technology, and external vendors to maintain system integrity, administer EDI processes, support system implementations and upgrades, troubleshoot system-related issues, and identify opportunities for workflow improvement.
