## Description

We're looking for a Senior Databricks Engineer to help accelerate a critical data engineering initiative. This person needs to be a hands-on builder who can move quickly from direction to execution, while also helping shape how the work gets done. This is not a strategy-only role. The team needs someone who can help drive the engineering roadmap, identify gaps, solve problems in motion, and fly through building and execution in Databricks.

What You'll Do

 * Build and deliver data engineering solutions in Databricks with speed and quality.
 * Help drive the data engineering roadmap by turning direction into concrete execution plans.
 * Take loosely defined problems, identify issues, recommend solutions, and execute.
 * Contribute to both engineering design and hands-on implementation where answers are not yet fully defined.
 * Partner with technical stakeholders supporting migration and broader data initiatives.
 * Support proof-of-concept work, including potential AI-related testing once core capability is established.
