## About the Role

Required:

 * Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
 * Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a leadership role
 * Experience with multiple programming languages and development frameworks such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
 * Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
 * Experience with various software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
 * Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
 * Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
 * Familiarity with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL
 * Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security
 * Experience with software development for technical security applications
 * Ability to translate complex technical requirements into functional software
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Desired:

 * Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
 * In-depth knowledge of system design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
 * Familiarity with secure coding practices and application security.
 * Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
 * Contributions to open-source projects.

 * Customized reporting interfaces that meet user requirements and streamline workflows
 * Secure integration with existing Government systems with proper documentation
 * Weekly software development status reports that track progress and identify issues
 * Thoroughly documented code and technical specifications that facilitate maintenance
 * Applications that successfully pass security testing before deployment
