## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience within an IT Service Desk, Field Engineering, or Asset Support role, * Working knowledge of email configuration, remote support tools, office productivity suites, and databases (G-Suite experience is a plus)
 * Experience installing and troubleshooting network printers, scanners, mobile devices, and system components
 * Excellent communication, time management, customer service, and multi-tasking skills in a fast paced environment, * CompTIA A+, Network+, or related technical certifications
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, * Local travel required between multiple NYCBS locations (valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required)
 * Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50lbs

## Description

* Handle day-to-day IT asset operations to support expanding business demands
 * Maintain accurate inventory tracking and asset records within ServiceNow
 * Perform equipment configuration, staging, and preparation for user deployments
 * Handle day-to-day asset lifecycle activities, from procurement intake to end-of-life retirement
 * Support process improvements to strengthen overall asset control and tracking
 * Serve as a point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via phone or Self-Service tickets, delivering level 1 and level 2 support
 * Provide Field Engineering support by providing hands-on and remote troubleshooting for desktops, applications, Active Directory, password resets, and email configurations
 * Diagnose and resolve system or desktop performance issues, including network connectivity
 * Install, configure, troubleshoot network printers, scanners, and core software across sites
 * Assist with basic network administration tasks, such as running and terminating cabling lines
 * Deliver executive "white glove" technical support to C-Suite and VIP users
 * Follow up with vendors when first level troubleshooting fails, escalating unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams
 * Document all technical issues, updates, asset changes, and resolutions thoroughly in ServiceNow
